Returns and complaints

ATTENTION! Services and goods bought in the store www.vinitres.com, which are included in dedicated goods, i.e. non-taxable returns, are road fees-vignettes with a set expiry date and e-consignment with entered expiration date and/or vehicle registration number and/or VIN number VIN.

If vignette/vignettes were ordered and paid and then it turned out that it is not needed or an irreversible error was made, unfortunately it is not possible to return the vignette or recover money from fees. In the case of vignettes, it is not entitled to a 14-day return period due to the purchase of goods/service via the Internet. According to the European Directive, road fees are excluded from this obligation:

The goods/services for which the EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights introduce restrictions on the return.

EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights introducing restrictions, does not apply to the costs of the vignette redemption service itself on behalf of the customer, provided by the Winetyeuropejskie.pl website, and thus the remuneration taken by the website for this purchase. In this case, general provisions apply, in accordance with art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.
