Yes, our website, like most websites, uses
cookies, i.e. cookies. Cookie policy applies to both the clients of the website and
people visiting the website, i.e. users who review the content of the website
but do not make orders. Politics also applies to a guest, i.e. a visitor who is not
a registered customer who plays orders on our website, but without
account registration.
The website also uses functionalities similar to cookies. Therefore,
the following provisions of cookies should also be referred to these technologies accordingly.

Cookies are IT data, in particular small text information,
stored on the end device of users, e.g. on a computer, tablet or
mobile phone, which can be read by our ICT system (own cookies) or
ICT system of third parties (cookies of third parties). These files allow you
to recognize the user's device and properly display a website adapted to
its individual preferences, allow you to display a website in the user language "remembered" by these files, as well as the use of other website settings selected by the user. Pixel is a software code that allows you to follow people visiting the website and their behavior on websites where pixels are placed. It can be basic tracking whether a person visited the website, to detailed tracking of activities, such as adding a service to the basket, selecting a service, sending a form, etc. The pixel may send the collected information to the third page, i.e. to the code provider.
3. For what purpose do we use cookies?
We use the cookies we use and other internet technologies to:
- ensuring the functioning, security and reliability of our website;
- adjusting the content of the website to the client's or visitor preferences and optimization of the website use. These files
allow you to save the user's elections as to the language, browser, settings of
selected elements of the website or resigning from profiled ads, as well

an advertising offer that will be attractive and beneficial to our recipients,
which is why as part of behavioral advertising, the customer and the visitor can see
above all information about products or services that he has
already watched or checked on our website.
4. Are personal data processed as part of cookies?
Yes, selected cookies may process your personal data in some situations.
The processing of personal data from cookies or similar technologies on
our website is carried out for the purposes of ensuring the functioning of the website, adapting
the website to preferences to visitors and customer, or analytical goals.
Processing is based on our legitimate interest. We would like to point out

always be your additional and clear consent, expressed by making a choice and checking

During the first visit to our website you are displayed information about the use of cookies by us. You can agree or not. If you do not agree to use cookies, then we will only use the necessary technical cookies, necessary for the proper functioning of the page. 9. Are cookies harmful?
The cookies we use are not harmful either for the visitor and the customer, nor for the computer, mobile phone or the end device they use, which is why we recommend not using them in browsers.
So -called Slamp cookies are necessary for the proper operation of the website, needed to enable the functionality of the website, but their operation has nothing
to do with tracking the user.
On our website we also use the so -called Research cookies, which we use to follow visitors to the website, but do not include information that allows (without having other data) to identify a specific user. In specific situations, we use profiling, about which more in point 12.
10. What do we use our own?
We use First Party Cookies to ensure the proper operation of the website. Our cookies are designed to facilitate the use of our website, and in particular the functionality of the website.
11. Do we use cookies of third parties?
Yes. Our website, in order to optimize its functioning, also uses cookies
of third-party entities. We also use cookies of third parties for
analytical and statistical purposes. Cookies also allow us to adapt
marketing advertising and content to your preferences. Cookies are also used to increase the usability and
personalization of the content of the website.
12. Do we use profiling?
Yes. Thanks to cookies used on the website, it is possible for
the Administrator to get to know the preferences of the visitor - e.g. by analyzing how often he visits
the website and whether and what products he buys. Profiling applies in particular to
logged in, i.e. customers. Analysis of internet behavior helps to better understand your
customs and expectations and adapt to your needs and interests.
Based on cookies, the administrator also uses technology that allows you to reach visitors to visitors who have previously visited the website, while using other websites using the Google Ads tool.
13. What specific cookies, pixels and IT tools do we use?
Google Analytics. We use the Google Analytics tool, provided by Google Ireland Limited (registered at 368047) with headquarters at: Gordon House, Barrow
Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Thanks to this, we create statistics and analysis to improve the website
of the website.
Google Analytics automatically collects information about using our website. Importantly
, we have anonymous IP anonymous. Therefore, Google does not receive personal data from us
that could be based on the IP number in conjunction with other data on visitors
or clients.
As part of Google Analytics, we collect demographic data and interest data.
The collected information, however, not being personal data, is most often transferred to
the Google server in the USA and stored there.

Google Ads (previously Google AdWords) - conversion and remarketing. We use the Google Ads tool provided by Google Ireland Limited (registered at 368047) with headquarters at: Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Thanks to this, we attract attention to our content and offers using advertising materials on external websites
. We analyze data from advertising campaigns to optimize
advertising activities. Advertising materials are delivered by Google using the so -called "Ad Servers". For this
purpose, we use server cookies, with the help of which specific parameters of measuring success
to reach recipients, such as placing ads or clicks of users, can be measured.
If you enter our website through Google's advertising, Google Ads will store a cookie on your device. For these cookies, in order to analyze values, they are usually
stored: a unique Cookie ID, number of views per single advertising
(frequency), the last display (relevant for conversion after display) and OPT-out information (designation that the user does not want to be further included). Cookies allow Google to recognize your web browser. We do not collect or process any personal data on the basis of the above -mentioned advertising. We do not obtain other data, we cannot identify users based on the information obtained. Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically starts connecting to
the Google server. Even if you are not registered in any Google service or
you are not logged in, it is possible that network suppliers can obtain and store your
IP address.
We also use remarketing tools at Google Ads, which allows us to present
users of our website ads based on their interests from other websites
belonging to the Google advertising network. For this purpose, Google stores cookies in
user browsers who visit specific Google websites or Google Display Network websites
to uniquely identify the web browser on
a specific device.

Facebook - we also use marketing tools provided by Meta Platforms Ireland., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbor, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook"). As part of these tools, we direct your advertising on Facebook. We implement activities in this area, based on our legitimate interest in the form of marketing of our own products.
In order to direct ads to your personalized behavior on our
website, we use Pixel Facebook, which automatically collects information about your
use of our website in terms of the pages browsed.
We do not provide personal data. The information collected as part of the Facebook Pixel is
anonymous, i.e. it does not allow us to identify. They only allow us to obtain
information on what actions have been taken on our website. However, we would like to point out that
Facebook may combine this information with other information about you collected as part of
the use of Facebook by you and use for your own purposes, including
marketing. Currently, Facebook Pixel also affects Instagram data. Such Facebook activities
are no longer dependent on us, and you can look for information about them directly in the

14. How long have we store cookies containing personal data?
Depending on the type, purpose and legal basis of cookies processing, cookies storage time is from 1 session to 2 years.
We collected cookies containing personal data of the person visiting a non
-customer will be stored until an objection is raised. The administrator may delete
personal data if they are not used for marketing purposes for 2 years, unless
the law obliges the Administrator to process personal data for a long time.
Part of the personal data may be stored longer in the event that the visitor
