Change orders

Tolls are not subject to consumer protection law (i.e. ), therefore, each country has its own rules for managing the purchased vignette.

You can’t edit vignettes for countries:

• Hungary,

• Romania,

• Bulgaria,

• Switzerland

It is possible to edit the vignette (i.e., change the registration number or start date) if the vignette period has not yet started, for vignettes to countries:

• Austria
• Czech Republic
• Slovenia

It is not possible to change the length of the vignette or adjust the vehicle category.

Additional rules for editing vignettes:

• Slovakia allows you to edit the vignette within a maximum of 15 minutes after paying for it, provided that the start date of the vignette is not on the day of purchase.
• The Czech Republic allows a one-time change of 2 characters of the registration number in a vignette that has already begun its validity, provided that the number of characters of the corrected number is the same as the erroneous one.
• The Czech Republic also allows changing the start date of a vignette by up to 30 days forward from the date of the change request.
